Made with rum aged for four years and crafted with precision, this Spiced Rum is
anything but ordinary.
Our unfiltered spirit bursts with layers of real cinnamon, star anise, clove and bright
orange peel, unfolding across the palate to create a warm complexity without
overwhelming sweetness. The result is an effortlessly smooth, aromatic rum
designed for those who appreciate depth over sugar. Cosy, cheeky and full of

We distil under high vacuum, allowing us to work at much lower temperatures. It is a different approach to creating and preserving the flavour in your glass.
