Visit the distillery in tropical Bingil Bay for a guided tour and tasting of the spirits currently pouring.
No booking needed to visit
Walk in for a taste, a tasting paddle or spirit sales.
The tasting room is open Thursday to Sunday, 10am–4pm. Drop in anytime during opening hours to taste what’s pouring and purchase bottles direct from the distillery. Guided tours run separately at 11am and 2pm.

The tour moves through a working production space and the tasting is designed as a sensory experience. A little preparation helps you enjoy both comfortably.

For guided tours inside our working distillery, flat, fully enclosed footwear is highly recommended.
Please do not wear perfume
For the best tasting experience, please do not wear perfume, cologne or heavily fragranced products. Strong fragrance can interfere with the aromas and delicate botanical character of the spirits.
